Movie Review - Desi Boyz

It's a much descent movie than promoted and augmented. But yes, it does not disappoint the male audience in particular. There are a number of scenes where you can not stop screaming. There are many surprises in the movie... one is From the movie Khalnayak  and another from the movie 3 Idiots. I don't want to reveal it. Those two characters make the movie even enjoyable. The songs fit well. But the choreography in the song "Jhaak maar ke" and the moves of John are really awful. But rest songs are crafted nicely. The title song 'make some noise', 'subah hone na de' and 'allah maaf kare' leaves a naughty impression.

Some scenes are directly copied from Hollywood movies and some popular videos on you tube. Which gives a bad impression.

Story : Nothing new,  predictable plots and sequences. A bit of illogical pattern. Desperate emotional inputs (except the kid).

Direction: Fresh. Despite predictable plots and known story line; the approach is fresh, which makes the movie enjoyable.

Acting:

Akhay: Lovable.

John: Avg.

Deepika: Ok

Chitrangada: Damn... u will not notice her acting... her looks... she will be your fantasy (applicable to male only). She is really juicy.

The kid: The kid is really cute and talented; performance impressive.

Anupam Kher: Funny and Enjoyable.

The character from "Khalnayak": you will love and scream at the highest pitch of your voice... Guarantee. Each entry of this character will multiply the joy of the movie. I loved it.

The character from "3 Idiots": His character is short yet very very impressive. USP of the character is portrayed delicately, just like the toppings.

My take:

If you are single and male then you must watch it, at least once. If you are committed; go with ur love. If you are married and really love your wife; then go with her without informing anyone else.

Its a humorous and enjoyable movie. THUMBS UP !
